Public-Private Partnership – Bossier City Utilities Department

Manchac Consulting Group, Inc. was selected by the City of Bossier City to manage the City’s water and wastewater utility department under a public private partnership agreement. Under the terms and conditions of this renewable three-year contract, Manchac has hired eight division managers to oversee the day to day operations of the public utilities department. Manchac works in partnership with the City, to improve the daily management, overall efficiency and sustainability of the departments operations by applying LEAN operating principles.
