Manchac Consulting Group, Inc. was retained by the City of Lake Charles, LA to provide engineering design, construction management, and resident inspection services for the construction of a redundant 2.0 MG pre-stressed concrete finished water storage tank to replace the existing 3.0 MG welded steel tank that, upon inspection, was found to be degraded to the point it was no longer safe to operate or cost effective to salvage.
