Keith Shackelford, P.E. – Senior Project Manager
Keith is a registered civil and environmental engineer with more over forty-two (42) years’ experience in the Civil Engineering Field. After receiving his BSCE from Louisiana State University in 1974, Keith worked for twenty three years with a local consulting engineering firm specializing in potable water and wastewater projects. Typical water projects included feasibility studies, funding acquisition, source development, treatment, storage, transmission and distribution systems. Wastewater project work included collection, pumping, treatment (both conventional and non-conventional methods) and disposal. During this time Keith performed over 23 engineering valuations (appraisals) for various water and sewer systems for both arm’s length and expropriated acquisitions. Keith then joined another local consulting firm and continued his career managing similar projects as well as acting as the utility relocation coordinator for the $700M dollar East Baton Rouge Parish Green Light Program. Keith Joined Manchac Consulting Group in mid-2016 and serves as one of the firms senior project managers.
